Can I sell my collection through Savoca Coins?

You are welcome to sell your duplicates or your collection with us. We make an appointment and then examine and evaluate your coins individually. We also advise you on an optimal sales strategy so that the sale is designed according to your needs.

How long does it take to sell at Savoca Coins?

Whether it is a single special coin or larger lots, we always handle sales within the shortest possible time thanks to our flexible models.

How do you make sure my coin is sold well?

On the one hand we take high quality photos, which also allow a detailed view of the coin. This allows the buyer to get an exact picture of your coin and strengthen the trust of our customers. On the other hand a professional description and low estimates also increase interest.

What documents do you need to consign successfully?

In order to be able to consign, we need a copy of your passport and some information about the provenience of the coins. Coins from unknown origin, robbery excavations or with suspicious patina are strictly rejected by us.


Where can I buy coins from Savoca Coins?

We offer our coins on three different platforms: besides daily changing auctions on eBay, we still hold two to three auctions on every month. In addition, you will find constantly changing offers at fixed prices on VCoins.

Are your coins original?

Our adjusters have years of experience in the assessment, description and valuation of antique coins. Savoca Coins only sells coins that have been tested by our experts and found to be original.

I'm unhappy with my coin, can I give it back?

If you are dissatisfied with your coin, you can of course give it back. Please let us know by email. You can then return the coin to our business address (see contact). The refund of the coin as well as the return costs will be made after receipt of the coin.


What shipping options are available?

We ship Germany and Europe-wide with DHL, outside the EU with Federal Express. If the invoice amount is low, we can also send by registered mail on request. Please note that customs duties may apply and must be paid by the recipient.

How long does it take to ship?

Although we also sell on weekends, we only process orders on working days. After receipt of payment your order will be handed over to our shipping partner within two working days. All our shipments have a tracking number to track the status of your shipment.

I have bought several articles at auction. Can I combine everything in one order?

Of course we can combine your purchases into one delivery. Please inform us in time before paying, as we can only combine the shipping costs in advance. Due to a high bureaucratic expenditure we do not refund after transacted payment too much paid forwarding expenses.

My package has not arrived, what should I do?

If your package is not delivered within two weeks, please contact us or the shipping company. Usually it is due to minor difficulties, which is why your parcel cannot reach you. Should a package nevertheless disappear, the contents of the package are insured by us and you will receive a refund (Exception: registered mail).
